Week 20: 01/22 thru 01/28

After 20 Weeks On the Diet…

I’m back into the land of normal inflammation levels, am currently not on ANY medication, and feel like a million bucks.  Aside from the fact that I am on a very restricted diet, I am still very much living a normal life.

Here are the factors this week that got me back into the normal zone:

    • 1 week break before I start my new job.  Had a very easy week, consisting of going to doctors appointments (not for Crohn’s- other maintenance items / annual checkups)
    • Stopped eating obnoxious amounts of fruit, lol.  Fruit menu is back to avocados, bananas, apples, and blueberries.
    • Made it a point to do yoga.  Every single day this week.  It is AMAZING!!! I feel so very strong and it is way helping with my digestion.
    • I was a little surprised that this week I was normal compared to other weeks of slight inflammation, as my BMs have been looser.  I’ll take it though!
