Week 14: 12/11 thru 12/17

After 14 Weeks On the Diet…

I’m DEF 3 month flarin. 😦 😦 Inflammation isn’t high, but it’s high enough to be categorized as a mini flare.  As for how I’m feeling, well, I’m not too bad – functioning at 80%.  Have less energy, and feel a bit weaker, but nothing I can’t handle.

Stressful week at work- and had 1 day this week where everything went absolutely wrong for a critical end-of-year project (which I got back on track). Other than that, I’ve been managing stress much better.

Eliminated carrots, apples and blueberries from the diet- replaced it with chicken broth to heal my sensitive, high-maintenance tummy.  Toward the end of week 14, I felt much better- less cloudy BMs, and 5s on the Bristol scale, instead of 6’s and 7s.
