Week 13: 12/4 thru 12/10

After 13 Weeks On the Diet…

Spent 5 days out of the 7 this week feeling 120%. It was on days 6 and 7, right before I took bloodwork, when I noticed my BMs were loose.

Did a really intensive strength training set that left me feeling sore and awesome, but upset the ol’ tum.

Stressful week at work- and had 1 day this week where everything went absolutely wrong for a critical end-of-year project (which I got back on track). Other than that, I’ve been managing stress much better.  Inflammation still at a great level, for now- just worried about getting worse and foresee that coming for Week 14, especially since I’ve been waiting for the 3 month flare for a while. 😦
