    I am so happy I found your blog! It is wonderful!!!! Has anyone suggested trying pecan flour? I haven’t done this yet, but I am a newbie and I have been having issues with the almond flour, so someone suggested that pecan may be easier to digest? Just “food” for thought.

      I’ve heard of it but have not looked into it– will try to use it to make something delicious for New Years and let you know. 🙂
